We know how to grow canola, but do we really know how canola grows? Crop Physiologist Nate Ort will guide us through the how the plant responds to abiotic stresses that are holding back yields.

Has canola hit a yield plateau that is keeping growers from profitably increasing production? The Canola Council of Canada has done a deep dive into the data, and identifying the barriers to bumping up yields will help direct the day's discussion on research needs.
