The National Farm Leadership Program

Powered by LeaderShift Inc.

Eventually a challenge comes along that seems to defy resolution. It might be emerging or a long-standing problem, but it’s not going away. In the complex business of farming where efficiency and effectiveness are key to success, interpersonal skills, relationships and work habits matter. Few of us consider our own leadership as a competitive advantage, however research shows that leader effectiveness can account for as much as 1/3 of business performance.

Farm Management Canada is pleased to be working with LeaderShift to empower Canada’s farmers through a leadership development program designed for hectic farm life and the desire to learn and perform in real time. Led by certified Executive Coach and fourth generation farmer, Kelly Dobson who combines adult learning research, with neuroscience and IT, enabling leader development at any age.

Alberta Canola is proud to work with our strategic partner Farm Management Canada and LeaderShift to provide leadership training opportunities for farmers.
