Hotel Rooms

Each participant has their own room booked for 2 nights at the Matrix Hotel in Edmonton for the nights of Monday, March 17 and Tuesday, March 18. Additional nights are available to accommodate travel plans

The Matrix is a boutique hotel, and the majority of rooms are one bed only. Your spouse or significant other is certainly welcome to join you in Edmonton. They also have the option to attend the Tuesday evening banquet with you. 

Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. You may leave your luggage with the front desk when checking out on Thursday, March 21- we will have some break time in the morning.

A valid credit card is required at check-in and a hold will be placed on it for room, taxes, and deposit for the duration of stay.

Parking

Parking at the Matrix Hotel will be included with your stay.

Please be aware that the parking lot is located behind the hotel and it is a small lot best suited to smaller trucks (1/2 tonnes) and cars.

Guests must register their vehicle with guest services upon arrival.

Oversized Vehicle & Truck parking may be available in extra lot. Please check with front desk on availability. 

Meeting Rooms

All event activities including meals will be held on the Mezzanine Level (2nd floor) in the Amber rooms.
