The annual Western Forum on Pest Management (WFPM) brings together entomology and pathology experts from across Western Canada to share knowledge and discuss current crop pest and plant disease issues.

The forum includes the Western Committee on Crop Pests (WCCP) and Western Committee on Plant Diseases (WCPD), which provide advice to government and other organizations involved in pest management across the four western provinces.

This year’s sessions will run non-concurrently, allowing attendees to participate in both WCPD and WCCP.

As they become available, meeting agendas will be posted on the WFPM, WCCP, WCPD web pages. Abbreviated Agenda now available!

Since we’re hosting the event at the Royal Alberta Museum, we’re looking into a limited group admission, and behind-the-scenes look at the museum.

The tour would take 1 to 1.5 hours, and we’ll need around 20 people to make it happen. It’s still being finalized, but we're aiming for Wednesday afternoon or/and Thursday evening.

Interested? Let us know on the registration form. There’s no commitment yet!
