She and her husband, Mike, are third-generation farmers, farming northeast of Lacombe with their son, a fourth-generation farmer, where they grow Canola, peas, wheat, and barley. She and Mike have two adult children and two grandsons. They enjoy spending time with their grandkids, golfing, curling, and travelling when the opportunity arises.
