Personal Information Collected - Only information required to execute the event will be shared with the host (Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada). This includes your name and dietary restrictions. Postal codes are collected and shared so the hosts know where people came from geographically.  Your email address is not shared with anyone outside of Alberta Canola.

Alberta Canola's Event Registration System is PCI Level 1 compliant software solution with a firm and robust commitment to the privacy and security of all customer and registrant data.

 

Credit Card Information Collected - Payment for registration is done through Stripe. Stripe is used by millions of businesses of all sizes – from startups to Fortune 500s – use Stripe's software and APIs to accept payments, send payouts, and manage their businesses online. Alberta Canola has no access to detailed credit information. Alberta Canola only sees the last four digits of a credit card.
