Farmers in Alberta that have sold canola and paid a service charge on canola to Alberta Canola since August 1, 2018 are eligible canola growers and can register to vote in the online 31st Annual General Meeting of the Alberta Canola Producers Commission.
Eligible canola growers can be individuals or represent a corporation, partnership, or organization.
Growers must register to vote by 4:00 pm on January 12, 2021. This is the only way to ensure the integrity of electronic votes.
This will allow Alberta Canola to verify eligible voters (those who sold canola since August 1, 2018), and to collect the required contact information including the designated representative of a corporation, partnership, or organization.
