Milt Poirier is a co-founder of the Quorum Group of Companies which include QGI Consulting and Quorum Corporation. Prior to establishing the Quorum Group he spent fifteen years working for CN Rail in their Operations and Marketing groups. He is currently the managing partner for QGI Consulting which specializes in providing consulting services to stakeholders in the rail freight industry. Under his leadership QGI Consulting created and continues to manage the performance management program for the Ag Transport Coalition. This program has been providing performance metrics to industry, government and other stakeholders with respect to rail performance for the grain industry since 2013.
