Christine McKee is the Region 9 Director and Vice-Chair of the Alberta Canola Board, farming near Stirling, Alberta. She joined the board in 2023 and brings extensive agricultural leadership experience and a strong farming and industry perspective to her role.
Christine provides leadership across several areas of Alberta Canola’s work, helping bring grower perspectives and priorities forward while contributing to government affairs, governance and public engagement.
Beyond her work with Alberta Canola, she serves as Vice-Chair of the Canadian Canola Growers Association and sits on the Oilseed Advisory Committee under the Canada Grain Commission.
A fourth-generation farmer, Christine grows grains, oilseeds and pulses on irrigated and non-irrigated land in Southern Alberta. Outside of farming and industry work, she enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family.
