Mark Walker is the executive director of the Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA), the national industry association representing Canada’s oilseed processors, working in close collaboration with the Canola Council of Canada. As executive director, Mark leads the association and its work on public policy and regulatory affairs, including biofuels.

Prior to COPA Mark served as vice president, markets and trade with Cereals Canada, treasurer of the Canadian Agri-Food Trade Alliance, and on the steering committee of the Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Crops. He previously led environment and sustainability policy for a national producer organization. He holds graduate degrees in law and public policy.
