Rob is a partner with MNP, and the Regional Team Lead for the Ag Niche, which integrates well with his on farm experience within his own farm operation in the Round Hill area.

His experience consists of 31 years of corporate and personal tax experience with intricate planning for farms including acquisitions, entire sales, succession, divorce planning with corporations, partnership structuring and financing plans.  Farm reorganizations, farm and property rollovers, and estate/succession planning are an everyday focus. High net worth clients with several specialized financial and tax issues make up the majority of his client list.   Recent corporate tax changes that affect owner managed clients (which also includes many farms) has been the recent focus to bring new tax planning ideas to the table.  He also has a long time focus on specialized insurance planning as part of large estate plans for high net worth clients and farm families.

Rob’s tax planning comes with an deep understanding of the agriculture industry, as having farmed actively for over 33 years in partnership with his brothers.
